As first reported by German weekly newspaper Die Zeit, (almost) all of Metropolis' lost scenes have been (re-)discovered in the Film Museum of Buenos Aires by Director Paula Félix-Didier and Fernando Peña. The authenticity has been established by Dr. Rainer Rother of the Deutsche Kinematik.
